Since our company’s inception, JANE & CLAY CO. stand behind our crafted travel bag goods and guarantee everything we make for a full year of normal use. JANE & CLAY CO. has been dedicated to provide our clients with an outstanding customer experience. Our comprehensive product warranty reflects our commitment to your customer satisfaction. 


If your JANE & CLAY CO. bag is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it - If we determine that the product is damaged on normal use, we will replace it. If a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with an alternate product of comparable value.


JANE & CLAY CO. will warranty any item that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, or defective in materials or workmanship, including structural defects (such as defective straps). For a full year, we do not cover damage caused by airlines, abuse use of the product or other transit damage. Damage claims in transit cases should be filed against the airline carrier. 

Damages not covered under this warranty: include any damage resulting from abusive over used. cosmetic damage (such as scratched or stained material), and incidental or consequential damages, like loss to the contents of the bag, broken zipper or liners.

Return Policy:


We want you to be fully satisfied with every JANE & CLAY CO. product you purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other charges. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (if possible), and with all original paperwork and other accessories included in order to ensure full credit. A credit will be made to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, JANE & CLAY CO. does not accept product exchanges. You can return your product within the 30-day timeframe, as specified above, and then re-order a new product on


Once the return has been processed, you can expect a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax, minus shipping, handling, and other applicable charges. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.


If you would like to return an item purchased on, please follow the instructions outlined below. 

  1. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork/receipts, accessories, and other items included in the packaging. Products must be unused to ensure credit.

  2. Secure a prepaid shipping label to the product packaging. Contact if you do not have a prepaid shipping label. Ensure that the return address to which it will ship is clearly legible.

  3. Remove all extra labels from the packaging before sending the return shipment.

  4. Drop the shipment off at a UPS shipping outlet. Retain the UPS return tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery status.

  5. Once your item has been delivered, please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take some time after the return has been processed to show a credit in your bank statements.
